Slow Cooker Lemon Garlic Chicken

  1. Rub oregano, and black pepper over chicken and melt butter in a skillet.
  2. Brown chicken about 3 minutes then place in the crock pot.
  3. In the same skillet bring lemon juice, water, and chicken bouillon to a boil then pour over the chicken in the crock pot.
  4. Set crock pot on high and cook for 3 hours or low for 6 hours.
  5. Before serving add parsley. Serve with pasta or brown rice.
