Slow Cooker Barbecued Ribs
Barbecued country style pork ribs.

  1. Spray 6-8 qt slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray. Place ribs, sliced onion and minced garlic in slow cooker.
  2. Cover, cook on low setting 8-10 hours.
  3. Drain and discard juices from slow cooker. Take meat out first, wipe edge of cooker clean and put meat back in.
  4. In measuring cup, combine barbecue sauce (reduced sugar if available) and jam. Mix well.
  5. Pour or spoon mixture over ribs, coating evenly.
  6. Cover, cook on high for 25-30 minutes or until ribs are glazed. Serve sauce with ribs.
