Slow Cooker Barbecued Ribs
Barbecued country style pork ribs.
||Spray 6-8 qt slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray. Place ribs, sliced onion and minced garlic in slow cooker.
||Cover, cook on low setting 8-10 hours.
||Drain and discard juices from slow cooker. Take meat out first, wipe edge of cooker clean and put meat back in.
||In measuring cup, combine barbecue sauce (reduced sugar if available) and jam. Mix well.
||Pour or spoon mixture over ribs, coating evenly.
||Cover, cook on high for 25-30 minutes or until ribs are glazed. Serve sauce with ribs.
