Brown the hamburger with the celery, onion and garlic; drain fat. |

Add tomato sauce, Splenda, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt and pepper. Mix well and let simmer uncovered about 10 minutes or so to blend the flavors. |

Put meat mixture in the bottom of a well greased glass pie plate; mix in about 1/2 the cheese. Spread remaining cheese on top. |

Beat the eggs in a small bowl and whisk in the mayonnaise and cream. |

Pour custard mixture evenly over the cheese. |

Bake at 350 °F (175 °C) for 30-35 minutes until nicely browned. |

Let stand 10 minutes before cutting. |
