Shrimp with Green Beans
Spicy green beans and shrimp with lime.

  1. In medium bowl pour olive oil, salt, red pepper flakes, cilantro, juice from 1 lime, red onion, and 3 cloves of garlic, mix well.
  2. Clean, peel, and devein shrimp; place in premade mixture, marinate for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Wash and trim green beans. Place in steamer, steam on low for 10 minutes. Remove from steamer and place to the side.
  4. Chop almonds into small pieces and place in a medium skillet. Heat until golden add 1tbs olive oil, garlic, green beans, and red pepper flake, heat through and toss. Place on serving platter.
  5. Add shrimp to skillet over low-medium heat cook until pink. Pour cooked shrimp over green beans. Squeeze juice from 1 lime over top.
