Shrimp and Vegetable Pasta
A simple and easy nutritious pasta meal.
||Cook pasta as per package instructions.
||Cook shrimp in a separate skillet or bake in oven (if not precooked).
||In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté mushrooms and broccoli.
|| Add peppers and stir. Vegetables should be crisp but cooked. Add basil and oregano.
||When pasta is cooked, drain well and return to pot.
||Add margarine and stir.
||Portion pasta to plates, spoon out the vegetables and shrimp and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Add parsley.
