Fry turkey bacon crisp over medium heat in a non-stick pan. |

Remove to drain on paper towels. Very lightly wipe some of grease from the pan with a paper towel. |

Lower heat to medium-low, and sauté garlic a minute or two in turkey bacon residue. Do not brown or let burn. |

Add green beans to garlic. Sauté lightly. |

Cut fried bacon into small bites with kitchen shears and return to pan. |

Cook all ingredients together for 2 minutes. |

Add a splash or two of white wine vinegar (cider vinegar also works) and cook an additional 2 minutes, or until the liquid has removed all the yummy brown bits from the pan. |
