Sausage and Bean Casserole
A really tasty way to eat your sausages!
1/4 tsp olive oil
1 serving 2 links pork sausage
1 cup chopped green pepper
1 can red tomatoes
1 cup chopped red pepper
1 cup mixed beans
Cut the sausages into chunks and add to the pan. Fry in a little oil until cooked through.
Chop up the peppers and add them to the pan. Fry until the peppers have softened.
Rinse the beans and add them to the pan.
Add the tomatoes and cook until heated through. The tomatoes will take on the flavor of the sausage and peppers.
Serve as it is, in a bowl.
