A light treat made with non-fat margarine and skim milk.
1/3 cup skim milk
2 medium eggs
1/2 tsp salt
4 tbsps fat free margarine
1/2 cup packed raisins
3 tsps baking powder
2 cups flour
3 servings 1 packet sugar substitute
Sift dry ingredients together.
Cut in margarine until mixture fine and crumbly.
Combine milk and egg and add to flour to make stiff dough.
Knead on lightly floured surface until dough is sticky.
Divide dough in half and roll each half into 6" round, about 1" thick.
Cut each round into quarters.
Bake at 400 °F (200 °C) for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
