1/4 cup fat free milk
1/2 cup liquid egg whites
1 cup quick oats
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
1.4 oz vanilla protein powder
3 packets sweetener
1 dash salt
1 tsp baking powder
Mix ingredients in a blender.
In a frying pan over medium heat, spray nonstick cooking spray.
Pour batter into frying pan and cook for 1 minute on each side.
