  1. Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C).
  2. Spray pan with cooking spray.
  3. Grind pistachios, garlic, basil, thyme, rosemary, salt and pepper in blender or processor.
  4. Coat top of tilapia with liquid stevia.
  5. Press coated side onto pistachio mixture to coat.
  6. Bake 15-17 minutes until fish flakes with a fork.
