  1. Peel and chop banana, place in a blender.
  2. Add vanilla whey protein and vanilla rice milk.
  3. Add mango, peaches and pineapple.
  4. Blend ingredients using the ice crush mode on the blender. Give it a few good pumps until most of it is broken down. Then switch to liquify mode.
  5. Pour into glasses and serve.
