  1. Pre-heat oven to 350° F (175° C). Lightly grease a baking dish. Wash and dry tilapia.
  2. In a bowl, pour lemon juice and a little salt and pepper. Dip tilapia in the lemon juice.
  3. Mix crushed crackers and parmesan cheese together.
  4. Dip tilapia fillets in the cracker mixture. Lay in a greased baking dish.
  5. After all tilapia is covered. Sprinkle remaining over the fish in the baking dish. Sprinkle olive oil over the tilapia.
  6. Place in the oven and let bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and serve.
