Moist Chocolate Cake
A tasty, sugar and fat free low point chocolate treat. that bakes up moist and yummy.
||Pre-heat oven to 350° F (175° C).
||Spray a 9 x 13" cake pan with cooking spray.
||Mix all dry ingredients together
||In a separate bowl, beat egg whites until frothy and add the remaining ingredients to the eggs except for the 1 cup hot water.
||Add the egg mixture to the dry ingredients and mix just until moistened.
||Slowly stir in hot water. Do not over mix.
||Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
||Let cool then cut into 15 pieces.
