Mixed Vegetable Casserole
A cheesy and crunchy vegetable casserole.
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup butter
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup chopped celery
2 <span class="measurestring" title="package (10 oz)">packages</span> frozen mixed vegetables
1 1/2 cups crushed cheese crackers
Mix all ingredients, except crackers, well. Place in shallow baking dish.
Top with crushed cheese crackers. Drizzle butter on top.
Bake at 350 °F (175 °C) for 30 minutes or until brown.
