1. | Use the same pot for all ingredients. |
2. | Dice and brown chicken in pan with olive oil. |
3. | Take chicken out of pan and set aside. |
4. | In same pan, put some of the olive oil, the onions, bell peppers and garlic. Stir until soft. |
