Yummy guacamole with jalapeno, cilantro and lime.

  1. Finely chop avocado, tomato, fresh jalapeno, onion and cilantro.
  2. Add chopped ingredients to a bowl, together with juice of 1 lime then mix and mash together.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Note: add more jalapeno if you like it spicier. A serving is 1 tablespoon.
