||Crumble 2 slices of bread in blender and add to lean ground beef. Add eggs and fat free milk.
||Use meatloaf seasoning mix or your favorite dry seasonings for meatloaf.
||Mix together all ingredients and seasoning together in a large bowl. Mix it well.
||Shape into a loaf in a loaf pan and cook uncovered in the oven at 375 °F (190 °C) for 1 hour.
||Note: If you don't have bread you can use a cup of oatmeal, or cracker crumbs.
