Marinated Chicken Breasts
With olive oil, vinegar, mustard and thyme these chicken breasts have great flavor.
3 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
3 tbsps balsamic vinegar
1 oz dijon mustard (1 tbsp)
1/2 tsp leaves thyme
4 breasts, bone and skin removed chicken breast
Whisk marinade ingredients together.
Place chicken in shallow bowl.
Pour half of the mixture over chicken and turn to coat.
Let stand 10 minutes.
Grill chicken, basting with remaining sauce until no longer pink inside, approximately 12 minutes.
