A light chili that will nevertheless fill you up with the tastiness of tacos but with way less fat.

Directions

1. Heat oil, cook onion and garlic for five minutes.
2. Add turkey and spices, then cook another five minutes until turkey is no longer pink.
3. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
4. Reduce heat, simmer uncovered 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Note: this is a pretty mild recipe even when using hot salsa, so to make it a little more "oomphy" I'd recommend about a teaspoon of cayenne pepper.
