Indian Dhal (Lentils)
Healthy and delicious Indian inspired dhal.

||Cover lentils with boiling water and allow to stand for 15 minutes.
||Heat olive oil in a pan and cook onions and garlic for 2 minutes.
||Add cumin seeds, turmeric and curry powder. Cook for 2 minutes until fragrant.
||Add mushrooms and green pepper. Stirfry for a
further 2 minutes.
||Add stock and lentils.
Cook over medium heat for 35-45 minutes, or until dhal
||Stir frequently to avoid sticking.
