Ground Turkey and Four Bean Chili
Lots of beans and tomatoes...not a lot of oil or grease!
||Sauté onions and garlic in the olive oil in a large stew pot until tender.
||Add ground turkey and brown together, add chili powder and cayenne to the browning meat.
||Add tomato paste and refried beans and stir until combined.
||Add all other ingredients, cans of beans and tomatoes, salt and pepper and other sauces.
||Fill one empty can twice full of water and add to the pot.
||Stirring frequently, simmer for up to 5 hours for maximum flavor, or enjoy within 30 minutes.
||It only gets better the longer you cook it!
