  1. Slice the mushroom caps and sauté them in butter until softened, put them in a food processor or dice them finely.
  2. Soften the cream cheese and mix with the heavy cream, mushrooms, 1 cup of the cheddar cheese, onion and spices.
  3. Mix with green beans and cover with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  4. Bake at 350 °F (175 °C) for 30-40 minutes.
  5. Serving size is 1/2 cup to a cup.
