Garlic and Mustard Marinated Chicken
Low carb tasty chicken using a really simple marinade.
2 tbsp whole grain Dijon mustard
4 tbsp red wine vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
4 <span class="measurestring" title="unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook chicken)">units</span> chicken breasts
3 cloves garlic, chopped
Combine garlic, mustard and vinegar with olive oil in a container with a tight fitting lid. Shake to combine all ingredients.
Place chicken pieces in a bowl and pour marinade over everything. Cover and chill over night.
Pre-heat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
Place chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes, turning once.
