Frozen Banana Treat
This recipe is a great way to eat healthy, while still being a little devilish.
1 <span class="measurestring" title="container (4 oz)">container</span> plain yogurt, low fat
3/4 cup granola
1 cup sliced bananas
Peel the bananas and cut into small slices (average of 20 slices per banana).
Stir contents of plain yogurt, and spread on a plate. You will not need to use all the yogurt.
Pour the granola onto a plate. You may need to add more if desired.
Dip the bananas into the yogurt, then into the granola pieces.
Put bananas (now covered with the yogurt and granola) into a freezer safe container.
Freeze for 12 hours, and enjoy.
Note: since you don't use all the yogurt/granola, this recipe makes a great low calorie snack.
