French Onion Soup II
Very tasty and healthy soup that's low in sodium and fat.
||Sauté onions in frying pan with margarine. (Optional to add a teaspoon of sugar to onions to caramelize).
||Add a teaspoon of beef broth powder to boiling water, simmer.
||Add pepper, Worcestershire sauce and onions to simmering broth.
||Pour broth into an oven-proof bowl, add slice of bread, top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
||Broil in oven until cheese is bubbly (does not take long so check oven every minute or so).
||Add fresh parsley on top of soup. Enjoy!
