Low carb bread made with flaxseed meal.
3 tsps baking powder
1 tsp salt
5 large eggs
1/2 <span class="measurestring" title="cup (8 fl oz)">cup</span> water
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 packet sweetener
2 cups flaxseed meal
Pre-heat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
In a 10x15" baking pan, line with parchment paper or oil.
Mix dry ingredients well.
Add wet ingredients to dry mix and combine well.
Pour batter into pan and spread from center. Leave an inch or two from sides for thicker bread.
Bake for 20 minutes until it springs back or its visibly brown.
Cool and cut.
