Place half the mozzarella and cream cheese into a microwave safe bowl and heat for 1 minute on high. |

Remove bowl from microwave and stir well. Return bowl to the microwave and heat 30 more seconds. |

Remove bowl from microwave and put in almond flour, egg, and garlic and stir until all ingredients are combine. |

Line a pizza pan with foil and give it a light coating of cooking spray. |

Press dough into the pan distributing the crust evenly and bake at 425 °F (220 °C) for 6 minutes on the center of the oven rack. |

Remove crust from oven and fork wholes into any part of the crust that may have bubbled. Top the crust with the remaining ingredients. |

Turn oven on to broil and put the pizza back in the oven on the top shelf of the oven and broil the topping approximately 2 minutes or until it reaches your desired brownness. |
