Eggs a la Baguette
A delightful breakfast similar to French toast.

  1. Whisk eggs and milk together in a mixing bowl.
  2. Break baguette into pieces with your hands, and add to mixture.
  3. Egg yolk will be absorbed into the bread. Keep adding bread until mixture has almost no egg yolk left.
  4. Heat a pan on low heat. Add olive oil to pan.
  5. Pour egg/milk/bread mixture into pan. Spread it out evenly.
  6. Add salt and pepper, then cover. Let it cook slowly, until eggs are fully cooked.
  7. You can flip it if you wish, to cook the other side properly.
  8. Serve with maple syrup if you wish.
