Easy Chicken Noodle Soup
An easy soup to warm your tummy.
4 cups chicken broth
1 cup carrots, sliced
2 tbsps black pepper
4 <span class="measurestring" title="cup (8 fl oz)">cups</span> water
1 lb no yolk egg noodles
2 medium pieces grilled chicken
In a Dutch oven, bring water, broth, chicken, pepper and carrots to a boil.
Once boiling, reduce heat to medium and continue cooking carrots until carrots are al dente.
Add dry noodles, stir occasionally and cook for 10 more minutes or until desired tenderness.
