Crustless Steak Mushroom and Cheese Quiche
A low carb quiche for a main meal or snack.
||In a large pan, sauté onions, steak strips, mushrooms and garlic in butter, until cooked.
||In a large bowl whisk eggs, then whisk the cream, salt and pepper.
||Add the steak and mushroom mixture and stir well.
||Mix in the shredded cheese.
||Pour the mixture into a greased 10" pie plate.
||Bake at 375 °F (180 °C) for 35-40 minutes or until set and slightly browned.
||Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting and serving.
