Sauté garlic (onion optional) in olive oil. When golden brown add, tomato paste, pasta sauce, oregano, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Place on medium heat. |

Take the chicken breasts and tenderize with a meat tenderizer, pounding them until thin (tip: spray clear wrap with non-stick spray and wrap chicken before tenderizing for quick clean up and no "sticky" trouble). |

Season chicken with salt and pepper. You can also sprinkle a little garlic powder and parmesan cheese if you like. |

Place chicken "crusts" on greased baking sheet. Top with sauce mixture. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and top with anything else you enjoy on your pizza. |

Bake at 350 °F (175 °C) for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Allow to cool and enjoy! |
