Creamy Slow Cooker Salsa Verde
You can use this for tacos, nachos, enchiladas, or add it to a salad.

4 oz fat free cream cheese
1 cup medium green Mexican salsa
2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp original seasoning blend
1/4 tsp black pepper
Add chicken to slow cooker, then top with seasonings and salsa.
Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours.
Shred the chicken with two forks. Add cubed cream cheese. Use a whisk to mix the sauce that is in the slow cooker.
Add the shredded chicken back to the slow cooker. Turn the slow cooker to low and cook another 30 minutes for the chicken to absorb the creamy salsa verde sauce.
