Cracked Pepper Steak
Delicious steak with a pepper and rosemary sauce.

  1. Combine pepper and rosemary in large bowl. Coat both sides of steak (4-6 ounces each).
  2. Heat butter and oil in skillet until hot. Add steaks and cook over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes or until center is 160 °F (70 °C)
  3. Remove steaks and cover to keep warm.
  4. Add wine to skillet and bring to boil over high heat, scraping particles from bottom of skillet.
  5. Boil for about 1 minute or until liquid is reduced by half. Spoon sauce over steaks.
