Crab Corn Bisque
Yummy and delicious creamy bisque with vegetables and crab meat.
1/2 cup chopped celery
4 oz green onions
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 cup butter
2 <span class="measurestring" title="can (10.75 oz)">cans</span> cream of potato soup
17 oz creamed corn
1 1/2 cups fat free half & half
1 1/2 cups milk
2 bay leafs
1 tsp leaves thyme
1 1/2 tsps garlic powder
1 lb lump crab meat
Sauté minced celery, finely chopped green onion, and finely chopped green pepper in 1/4 stick of butter until soft.
Combine remaining ingredients, except for the crab meat, and heat to a simmer.
Add crab meat and heat thoroughly.
Serve with warm sourdough rolls and hot sauce.
