  1. In medium bowl, combine corn and a bit of juice, cornmeal, baking soda, salt, oil, milk, eggs, and salsa.
  2. Pour half of mixture into crock pot.
  3. Layer cheese, onion, garlic, chiles and ground beef on top of cornmeal mixture.
  4. Cover with remaining cornmeal mixture.
  5. Cook on low 6 hours.
