Cold Chicken Salad
A salad that you can eat alone or on top of salad greens.
1 cup chopped or diced cooked chicken breast
3 tbsps mayonnaise
1 tsp garlic powder
1 dash salt
1 dash pepper
1 wedge yields lemon juice
1 tsp olive oil
Cook chicken breast in non-stick skillet with olive oil until chicken is fully cooked about 3-4 minutes.
Remove chicken from pan and allow to cool.
In a medium bowl add chicken and all other ingredients, mixing well.
Refrigerate until cold enough to eat.
