Chocolate Peanut Butter Muffins
This is a tasty, gluten free muffin recipe.
||Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
||Melt together honey and coconut oil by placing in microwave together for 20 seconds and whisk.
||Whisk in cocoa powder and peanut butter until smooth.
||Whisk in eggs and baking soda.
||Pour into muffin tin, lined or greased.
||Bake for 18-22 minutes until done.
||Note: butter can be used instead of coconut oil.
