Chocolate Chip Cookies III
A family favorite cookie recipe.
1/2 cup unsalted sweet cream butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 cups white flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 dash salt
2 large eggs
1/4 cup canola oil
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
23 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
First mix together eggs, butter, oil, brown sugar, white sugar, and vanilla.
Add the flour, salt, and baking soda on top of the mixture and stir up until creamy.
Add in the chocolate chips and mix.
Use a small scooping to place as many small cookies as can fit with room to expand on the stone or a cookie sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes at 350 °F (175 °C).
