Beef chili with lots of fiber and goodness.
||Sauté chopped onion and minced garlic with oil until onions are soft and golden brown.
||Add ground beef. Cook throughout.
||Add chopped green peppers and chopped and seeded jalapeno pepper. Cook until soft.
||Add corn (already boiled and off the ear).
||Add crushed and stewed tomatoes and water. Add beans. Bring to boil.
||Add seasonings, add and subtract based on personal preference.
||Serve with sour cream, cheddar cheese, and/or chopped white onions.
