5 tbsps canola oil
1/2 cup Tonkatsu sauce
16 oz boneless skinless chicken breast
Dip boneless chicken breasts in egg and then dip in flour. Finally, dip them in the panko crumbs.
Add oil to a frying pan and fry chicken breasts until golden.
Top with Tonkatsu sauce.
