Chicken and Vegetable Soup
Quick, easy and very satisfying.
1 breast, bone and skin removed chicken breast
1 cup chopped mixed sweet peppers
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped carrots
1 cup chicken broth
1 dash salt
Chop up all vegetables in to small pieces and combine in a small to medium sized pot.
Add 3/4 cup water and a pinch of salt, turn on low heat.
Cook chicken breast in pan on medium heat, add seasoning to taste.
After chicken is cooked chop into bite-sized pieces.
Add chicken, broth and spices as desired.
Let sit for a few minutes and enjoy!
