Chicken & Bacon Veggie Soup
A low carb soup with the deliciousness of chicken and bacon.
||Place water onto boil. Add in any seasonings you desire.
||Chop up all vegetables and add to pot. Allow to come to boil then turn down to simmer.
||Fry bacon to crisp. Set aside to cool.
||Chop chicken into cubes. Fry chicken until crisp and set aside. Crunch bacon into pieces.
||Add chicken and bacon to pot. Simmer for 20 minutes.
||Add in chicken broth and cream. Simmer for 20 minutes.
||Serve in bowls and top with cream cheese and Mexican cheese.
