Cheesy Egg Burrito
An easy to make, low calorie burrito that's great for a hearty brunch.
||In a sauce pan, sauté chopped vegetables and garlic in water (about 1/4 cup).
||Cook until tender, drain water from pan.
||Add eggs and add a dash of salt, pepper, chili powder and oregano to taste.
||Mix eggs, vegetables and spices until eggs are cooked. Remove from heat.
||Place egg mixture along the long side of lavash bread and top with cheese.
||Roll up, cut in half and each half is one serving. Enjoy.
||Note: you can also serve with salsa and sour cream.
