Cheesy Chicken Enchiladas
Delicious chicken enchiladas with tortillas, sour cream and melted cheese.

  1. Combine chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, butter, onion and 1 1/2 cups of cheese in a pan.
  2. Cook until warm. Warm tortillas and then dip tortillas in enchiladas sauce to soften.
  3. Spoon about 1/2 cup chicken mixture in each tortilla.
  4. Roll up and place close together in 2 greased 9x13" pans (5 in each).
  5. Cover with remaining shredded cheese.
  6. Bake uncovered at 350 °F (175 °C) for 20 to 30 minutes.
