A low carb sugar free cheesecake.
16 oz cream cheese
1 1/2 cups sour cream
2 large eggs
2 tbsps butter
2 tsps vanilla
1/2 cup sweetener
Blend together eggs, vanilla, sour cream and sweetener like Splenda.
Then slowly add cream cheese and butter.
Bake in a preheated oven at 325° F (160° C) for 35 - 40 minutes.
Cake will firm up as it cools.
Note: you can bring the carb count down further by using Stevia instead.
