Directions
  1. Cook elbow macaroni according to package directions, omitting salt and oil; drain.
  2. Cook beef, onion and sweet red peppers in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat until beef crumbles and is no longer pink.
  3. Drain well. Pat with paper towels to remove addition fat.
  4. Stir stewed tomatoes, ketchup, cayenne pepper and salt into skillet; cook until thoroughly heated.
  5. Stir in cooked macaroni.
  6. Sprinkle with shredded cheese, and serve immediately.
