Ingredients

Directions

1. Slice pork, celery, and garlic.
2. Heat oil on highest heat setting. Add garlic and peppers and toss. Add pork. Cook until pink is mostly gone. Add celery and salt.
3. Toss maximum 2 minutes until celery turns bright green and starts to soften.
4. Remove from heat and serve. Eat with rice if desired.
5. Note: you can use any pepper you like for this, or leave it out if you don't like spicy.
