Cauliflower, Broccoli and Mature Cheddar Gratin
Fantastic, delicious and nutritious vegetarian dish.
||Bring a pot of water to boil and in the meantime chop the broccoli and cauliflower into florets.
||Boil them for 5-10 minutes or until soft. Place in an ovenproof dish.
||Mix the grated cheddar cheese and chives (salt or pepper as well optionally) with the creme fraiche.
||Pour into the dish, over the vegetables.
||Place the dish in an oven or microwave and grill for 7-10 minutes or until golden.
