1. | In a sauce pan boil onions and peppers in broth until tender. Reduce heat. |
2. | Cut cauliflower into bite size pieces. Steam or zap in microwave until tender. |
3. | Cube Velveeta cheese and add to broth. Make sure not to allow this to boil otherwise it will curdle. |
4. | Stir until cheese is melted. |
5. | Drain cauliflower and add to soup. |
6. | Pepper to taste. |
