Tasty cauliflower and asparagus soup.
||Heat margarine in a pot. Cook onion and garlic until glassy. Add cauliflower and potato. Cook for 1 minute.

||Bring to the boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 45 minutes. Blend until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with chives and serve.
